Two things we take great pride in, our fantastic Zummo machine and making our customers happy. Recently IGA at Chapman signed up to supply freshly squeezed orange juice in their store. They have reported that the Zummo machine has been a great success.
Michael, the Manager, said he saw promise after the first week and by the second week, it was the No.1 gross profit generator in the produce department. Michael also said the customer feed back and take outs exceeded their expectations. He said parents were keen to use it as a healthy choice.
Michael pointed out that on the operational side, he felt it encouraging that Zummo offered a strong customer service through mentoring and training for the machine. All his staff are happy and fully using the Zummo machine.
